fully equipped kitchen, cozy suite atmosphere, helpful extra linen
Carpets need rigorous cleaning to eliminate stains!!! Room insulation could be significantly improved to reduce noise from neighboring guests. Thermostat issues are also frustrating. it's time for maintenance to take a closer look!!!

Great service from the front desk staff.
I was appalled by the filthy carpets, which were stained and bunched up in the handicap accessible room, creating a dangerous hazard for my disabled father who requires a walker. The breakfast was utterly disappointing with overcooked eggs and watery oatmeal that were completely inedible. Additionally, the noise from other rooms was unbearable, making it difficult for us to get any sleep.

The Queen Suite was quite cozy, featuring a well-equipped kitchen that made meal prep easy, and the comfortable bed allowed for a restful night. Enjoying breakfast each morning, with the added convenience of charging items to the room, enhanced our stay. The location felt safe, and there was always a friendly staff member available to assist, making us feel welcome. However, the room could use some updates, and we noticed some noises from the hallway and adjoining rooms, which occasionally disrupted our peace.

I found the queen suite cozy with a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep easy. Breakfast offered tasty options that kept us satisfied each morning. Having extra linens for the pull-out bed was a thoughtful touch. The staff remained available and friendly throughout our stay, always ready to assist. I appreciated the safety of the location, particularly the security presence at night. However, I noticed the carpets in the hallways were dirty and stained, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the hotel. A lack of high chairs in the breakfast area created challenges for families with young children. The air conditioning struggled a bit, leaving the room feeling humid at times, and the noise from the hallway was disruptive during nighttime.

Diving into local flavor was a culinary delight, especially at Gem of Thailand, where their pad thai hit all the right notes. Also, the cozy vibe of the Queen Studio made for a comfortable base, truly feeling like a home away from home. Parking was a breeze too, which made all the difference during our stay.
Plus, we could always hit up IHOP nearby for a pancake remedy!
